How long can it take to get to the National Bowl (Milton Keynes) ?

I'm driving up to the Bowl on Sunday to see the Foo Fighters! It's about a 6 hour journey to MK usually from where I am but I'm guessing it could be quite busy. Also I'd like to get there as early as possible. Gates open at 2pm. Does the traffic get stupid around MK for these events and can anyone suggest how long I should allow?

Is there a networking device that can both extend wireless and provide wired-to-wireless connectivity?

I have a Netgear wireless extender (wn2000rpt), but I also have a wired internet connection that I'd like to be able to send wireless, but the Netgear doesn't have an ethernet in jack, so I'm pretty sure it can't do that. I was wondering if there's a device that can do both: extend wireless networks as well as provide wireless from a wired connection. Software engineering is programming, plain and simple. It could be application development, database programming, web page design, or anything else that requires programming. You could also specialize in a certain environment, like SAP. It all depends on what you want to do. If you were to minor in business management you could have a strong foundation to become a project manager (PMP). As far as it being draining, it depends. For example you could become a freelance web developer and set your own hours. Or if you happen to enjoy what you're working on it will be less of a chore. It's really subjective, but I hope this sheds a little light on it for you.

a lot of people transform after the summer, just do it! people will be shocked or w/e first week of school and then they get used to your new look. shop at more sophisticated stores rather than just wearing clothes with logos/print all over it, like hollister. not saying its bad, has lots of cute clothes as long as its brand name is printed all over whatever it is you're wearing. try not to change your personality too much either. people may think you have gotten snobbier and become a ***** if you've changed a lot and became prettier or more stylish. they'll get jealous or w/e so remember to treat people the same even if you look different!

Yeah, Rosetta Stone is a bad idea.. I'd say.. try youtube tutorials. I'm learning Japanese and Korean so I've had to learn how to pronounce their words (like with Japanese~ a,e,i,o,u is pronounced 'ah, eh, ee, oh, oo' and so on), so try and find youtube tutorials and also asking someone who knows how to speak (even some) of that language is a good idea. You'll probably sound terrible learning to speak it, but after some practice, you'll definitely sound more fluent.^^

My room is in the basement, I usually never see any bugs around but I was laying in bed and just noticed a small black bug (bigger than a flea smaller than a ladybug) crawl in front of my iPod light. It had antennas, no wings, and was startled when I moved me iPod and started moving quicky so I smushed it easily will no body left (carcus/exoskeleton) I have also noticed 3 different large spiders around just this weekcone being a wolf spider.. I was just looking for people who are or were Catholic who are or have studied the Jehovah's Witness doctrine. I just started studying with a Jehovah's Witness the last few weeks. I am intrigued by all that I am learning and have proceded to study with an open mind. I do have my reservations as I find that some of their doctrine seems unusual to me. My wife is a Jehovah's Witness and she was really a non-factor in my decision to study. She never asked me to study. If she did, it probably went in one ear and out the other. How can i make a very long car journey seem quicker and more fun?

I am going on a very long car journey (aprox 2 days) and I do not find it very easy to sleep in the car for more than an hour at a time even though it makes me very sleepy. Other than listening to music, playing I spy and similar normal games, what else can i do to make it more fun and make the time pass quickly? Colleges for dance teachers?

Anyone know of colleges that are good for training dance teachers? I want to open a studio when I grow up. Honestly I think the actual teaching dance part will be easiest, and the whole opening and running a business part is what I need to work on. First time using it. Have the charcoal and some nice veggie kabobs. What do I do now? Needs Help With Baby Birds?

My grandfather recently passed away, and my grandmother was out in her shed trying to go through things and seeing what she could use and what she couldn't. She stumbled upon a cricket holder and without truly looking at it or in it she quicky placed it in a pile of things that she could get rid of. As she was loading the pile in her pickup to be taken off, she noticed that it had a nest full of small baby birds in it, with only a little bit of feathers on their wings. Spilt coffee on my laptop !! :/?

I spilt coffee on my laptop a couple days ago, when it happened I quicky wiped my laptop with a towel and flipped the computer so that the extra coffee could drain out. A few keys still weren't working so my mom and I cleaned underneath the keys with some rubbing alchohol, now only 3 keys don't work, a lot less than before. Which crankset for a Giant Rapid 2?

The stock crankset that came with the bike I forgot which brand it is but it comes with the 3 gears or sprocket not sure the terminology for it but I never use the smallest gear (in the front of course) and I would like to upgrade to those cranksets that has only the two gears. How to stop my Pointe shoes being so loose?

You could try using vamp elastic. Vamp elastic is a wide piece of elastic that you sew at the throat of your pointe shoe to keep your toes from "knuckling over". If you sew it tightly onto the shoe, it could help it to be tighter. Also, you should tighten the drawstring to be as tight as you want, then tie it in a double knot and cut it off to be a couple inches long, then you tuck it in. But usually, your shoes will become baggy when you go onto demi pointe.

Temperature guage in vw polo not working?!?

How do I replace my mountain bike pedals?

Ok, so I'm really quite new to the whole sport of mountain biking and so if I use some wrong terminology in this I do apologize. I've got a Fuji Odessa 1.0 and after taking it out to my local trails once or twice it dawned on me that maybe having plastic pedals and those stick like things that connect the pedals to the front gear set thingy made of plastic is not so safe (see I told you). I've been looking into upgrading to some sort of metal parts but there is so much terminology that I don't know and after taking a look at that area of my bike, there aren't any discernible ways of detaching and reattaching new pedals and stick things. Stock front speakers don't always work. Whats the problem/how do I fix it?

I own a 97 Toyota Camry xle and my front speakers work on occassion but when I hit a speed bump or the song I'm listening to has too much bass the front speakers stop working. The left doesn't work more than the right. the front right speaker has a 50% chance of working when I drive while the front left has a 10% chance. what could be the problem? the speakers work but is it a fuse? or something I can fix? I just took an auto course so I know basic automotive terminology and principles but any help would be appreciated.

I was cycling through london, probably around 14mph and some idiot waiting in a traffic light queue just opened his door without looking. I had no time to break or swerve. I then had some ibuprofen when I got home and a nights rest but it still REALLY hurts. I'm living in a house with one roommate. My roommate is like my big brother. When I was younger I had an unstable family and started living at his house and basically became part of his family. I used to share a room with his little brother. I very quicky fell into the role of his little brother as well and he would bully his little brother and me sometimes. Hes a really agressive guy a just likes to ruff house alot. It used to be fine because he sort of dispersed his big brother aggression on both of us, so nobody really got it that bad. But now the little brother is at prep school and we've both moved out of the house and got a place together. Now that hes not around its like I'm the only one who gets bullied. Hes alot bigger than me and its really easy for him to pin me down and mess with me. And it used to be ok cause we were so young. But now I'm an adult and its really humiliating to get bullied so much. On top of that I'm really small. And just recently his little brother got huge and now when he comes to visit they both just team up on me.Now if hes in town and their together I allways have to make sure I dont fall asleep before them or I end up getting taped up or something. It makes me mad cause the little brother was just going through the same thing. But now that hes too big to get bullied hes just turning around and bullying me with his brother. What should I do? Well, I ate a pie, this happens alot, but is not exactly a "Problem". What I would do is take the files off of your third partition and put them on either your user folder on Windows or your home folder on Ubuntu. After doing that, delete the third partition. Why do you have a third one? Any ways... Do that and if your Windows partition is also being unmounted from Ubuntu, try uninstalling it (Be very careful how you do it, though.) and putting it back on using Wubi. This will put your Windows folder in a folder named "host" and your third will probably be in "media".

I have the same exact hair as you! so maybe i can help =) what i do is if it is a humid day and theres no way i can tame it then i add a little gel to all my hair and let it dry a bit. then i put it in a side braid and let my bands and a little hair near my ears fall down to make it frame my face..if your hair is too short for that then i would just clip my bangs (if you have any, if not then just clip some of the hair near your forehead) to the left for right side and add a cute clip for just a bobby pin. you could also tie it half down and half up. mouss works best instead of gel because it makes it look more natural. another thing you could do is let all your hair down and clip the front peices like your bangs towards the back and create a little bump and it will look nice. i hope this helps =) goodluck!

Colleges for dance teachers?

Anyone know of colleges that are good for training dance teachers? I want to open a studio when I grow up. Honestly I think the actual teaching dance part will be easiest, and the whole opening and running a business part is what I need to work on. But still I would like to go somewhere where I could make sure that I really do know all of my terminology and learn about injury prevention and all that stuff. Maybe even be part of some dance group or something, I don't know! First show nerves (20 characters)?

In 2 weeks I will be taking Angus to his first ever show, I have no idea how he will react to this. Before I got him in January the only time he traveled was when being sold. Do NOT look on YouTube and forget the dance team. YouTube will not give you the corrections you need and performing dance moves in an incorrect way could result in injury. School dance teams are just for fun, they don't actually teach technique. If you want to be a dancer once you get out of high school you need to find good classes at a professional studio. If you would like to start ballet, you're starting really late. The ballerina that started the oldest that I've ever heard of was Misty Copeland (ABT soloist, started at age 13). I started ballet when I was your age and I realize that it's not likely I'll ever be professional, although I do try really hard and have actually caught up to most of the other girls my age. However, if you want to do any other type of dance, you should take 2-3 classes of that type of dance per week plus ballet 1-2 times a week because it's the foundation of all dance and will help you with technique used in other dance styles. well me and the girl i like work in downtown san diego at restaurants next door ,shes a hostess at the other restaurant and iam a waiter at other restaurant ,at the begining we never talked to each other but after some time i thought she started noticing me and started to smile at me and stare at me and look away when i notice her and she also stared at me and smiled at me for about 5 secs but i was the one who looked away , and i really wanted to talk to her but i never had the courage and confidence to do so,and also when i walked past their restaurant couple of times she used to come out quicky i looked like she was expecting me to talk to her but i was foolish not to talk to her,this continued for about 2 to 3 weeks,but one day i decided to finally talk to her and walked upto her and i started talking to her ,she never actually smiled at me and showed least intrest to talk to me and kinda ignored me by looking at others ,what does this mean ??? please help me out girls i really need some help with this girl, i really like her ,did i mess up with her or does she think iam a stalker or does she hate me now for taking too long to talk to her ???? any experienced girls out their i really need your help pleaseeeeeeee!!!

Where can I take Anatomy and Physiology besides a community college?

I'm trying to get into a medical program which requires some basic pre-reqs such as Anatomy and Medical Terminology. I can't take those classes at community colleges because they get filled up before I get a chance to register for them (I'm a returning student so I have last priority). Intimidating roommate!! help?

Hi I'm 22 and living in a house with one roommate. My roommate is like my big brother. When I was younger I had an unstable family and started living at his house and basically became part of his family. I used to share a room with his little brother. I very quicky fell into the role of his little brother as well and he would bully his little brother and me sometimes. Hes a really agressive guy a just likes to ruff house alot. Hi, I have saved up my money and I am looking to buy a new digital camera. I sell horses for a living, and need it to take some really awesome pictures. I want a DSLR camera, I want to take professional looking pictures, because the pictures sell the horses. I need something with a decent zoom, because sometimes they are across a pasture. I need something with high ISO, because a take pictures in a covered arena and round pen, and sometimes at sunset. This is the most important. Sometimes they will ride at night with just the arena lights on, and all my pictures come out blurry. I also need one that will take pictures quickly, because with horse photography, its all about timing. I will need one that I can take multiple shots quickly. I can spend about $1000. Maybe a little more if it suits me perfect. Please help, I really don't know a whole lot about cameras and I don't know about all the terminology. Thanks so much!

Can Someone Please Encourage Me Or Something?

I need some advice, inspiration, something or anything positive. I graduated from from college with a degree in nursing back in 2004. The crazy thing is that i'm still not a nurse. I've taken the NCLEX exam 8 freakin' times and failed all 8 times! That test is $275-300 per test! So I've spent well over $1600 on this thing. Not to mention those Kaplan courses that cost $400 per session. I'm flat broke, living with my aunt, and making $11 an hour as a nurse tech. And now I think i'm starting to get depressed because I don't go anywhere, plus basketball which is my passion doesn't give me any joy anymore. I don't want to say i'm suicidal or anything, but if I died tomorrow it wouldn't be a bad thing for me because I feel so unaccomplished in my life. Everybody keeps trying to get me to take that test again, but I don't have the desire or will to study 1 word of medical terminology anymore. Matter of fact, I don't know what the hell to do since i'm thinking about calling it quits on this nursing thing. $40k's of a college education just wasted for nothing! Please can somebody, anybody give me some advice on what I should do. I just feel like a complete failure right now, but I did nothing to cause it! Somebody please give me some encouragement or something.
