What will apple do about this?

ok so yesterday i was driving and some A$$ H%$$ started getting into roadrage with me, im a male 16 years old(a minor) and this guy at least twice my age got out of his car and forced me to open my door. i was hit twice and my phone was on my lap. he quicky grabbed my iphone 3gs and smashed in on the ground before he drove off and i went to police. i just got the iphone about a week ago exactly. i made a apple store appointment today...what can they even do for me? i dont wanna pay for a new phome cause i was like just held against my will by some guy...
