Spilt coffee on my laptop !! :/?

I spilt coffee on my laptop a couple days ago, when it happened I quicky wiped my laptop with a towel and flipped the computer so that the extra coffee could drain out. A few keys still weren't working so my mom and I cleaned underneath the keys with some rubbing alchohol, now only 3 keys don't work, a lot less than before. Any suggestions on how to get the other keys to work?! Thanks!!
