Dont really know what to do?

Me and my fiance have been together for a year we both want children and have been trying ever since we have been together. We dont have sex but a few times a week. well January 2 we discovered i was 6 weeks preganant yay well it went by very quicky and on January 17 we had our baby @ 9:46pm. of course it passed away which was hard for both of us. My fiance took it very very hard he left and went to north carolina for 3 weeks wouldnt talk about it or anything then he finally came home but still wont talk about it. We recently havent been haveing sex but maybe 1 in the past 3 weeks i ask him if its bc i miscarried or if hes cheating or what is goin on he wont really tlk he says he lovesd me but he wont even get off in me anymore but he has always gotten off in nme and never used protection. im really worried i want to try and have a baby again but he just wont tell me whats going on i feel as if it is making us fall apart. he currently lost his job as well which is really hard on both of us bc i cant work due to medical problems what should i do
