Please help boyfriend trouble :(?

my boyfriend is moving up the country for college in September and will only be coming home twice a month or so. We are in love but he thinks this may be a problem for our relationship and that it mightn't last! his college is only a 4hours drive or a 6hour train journey away I don't mind going up to see him! Do you think we could work out or should we end it?
