Why does my "brain" hurt when I quicky turn my head sometimes?

It happens on occasion, today being the most recent. I'm 16 and I don't know if it's normal or not. Sometimes when I turn my head, occasionally I will get this sharp pain that comes to me as a hot feeling on the back of my head, usually the top-left portion. When I get the pain, my tongue also tightens up like there's a thin string wrapped around it. Pleaaaaseee help to identify what this is. :[
