Firefox and Utorrent on two separate connections?

I have two separate connections, one linksys router, and I use my phone as a wireless hotspot. Now I am downloading stuff in utorrent and it bogs down my internet, so I was wondering can I use my phone hotspot for utorrent and linksys for Firefox? Please, any advice would help. I took Cisco Networking Academy I & II last year so I do know a little terminology but not too much. I am running on Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit, if that makes a difference.
