Do you think I can make tryouts and actually join the Volleyball team at my high school? Details?

Ok, so I am going to be a freshman at my high school soon and tryouts are coming up. I love volleyball and i practiced REALLY hard, and i know the basic terminology. I was wondering, since this will be the first tryouts i ever had, what are tryouts like? Do you think I have enough skill to join the team? How ready do you have to be for tryouts? Thank you so much
