Do you think he likes me, or just kidding?

Well... My friend and I were in Science lass today, and we had a sub. She was going on about how when a boy teases a girl, he likes her. After she said that he said this: "That must mean i like you cause i take your binder all the time!" Then right after that he said this quickly: "You wanna go out?" Then he quicky turned around in his desk. I think it was a joke, but i do like him ! help! thx
